✅ Visa-Free Travel
Nationals of certain countries may visit Vietnam without a visa. These countries include:
Europe:
Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Norway, Russia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom
Asia:
Brunei, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand
The maximum duration of stay under visa exemption is currently 45 days for most countries. Please verify the specific regulations that apply to your case.
🌐 eVisa Application
Vietnam now offers eVisas to nationals of all countries, including China (中国大陆). All applicants can obtain a visa through a simple online process.
Official eVisa application link: https://evisa.xuatnhapcanh.gov.vn/
To apply, you will need to:
- Upload a scanned copy of your passport
- Upload a passport-style photo
- Provide personal information
- Pay an application fee of USD 25 online
After a few working days, you will receive an email with a link to download a PDF visa document. Print the document and bring it with you to Vietnam. Present it at immigration and the visa will be stamped in your passport.

📝 Tips for Filling Out the eVisa Form
- Fill only the mandatory fields (marked with a red asterisk *)
- Religion: You may enter "None"
- Purpose of entry: Select "Summit, Conference" or "Tourism"
- Entry/Exit checkpoint: Most participants will choose:
- Tan Son Nhat International Airport (Ho Chi Minh City)
- Noi Bai International Airport (Ha Noi)
- Temporary address in Vietnam: You may use your hotel’s address. If unknown, use:
- Seagull Hotel, 489 An Duong Vuong, Quy Nhon 591300
- City/Province: Binh Dinh
- Health insurance arranged for stay in Vietnam: You may answer "No"
- Name of hosting organisation: You may leave this field blank
